Originally from the UK, Josh has worked his way through the industry from apprentice to managing workshops with 5+ mechanics, before taking the step to open Brighton Automotive. Now approaching 20 years in the trade, Josh brings a depth of experience that only comes from hands-on work across every level of a workshop.

With extensive expertise in European vehicles, Josh is passionate about delivering dealership-level workmanship without the dealership attitude. His focus is on quality, transparency, and building long-term relationships with customers who want their cars looked after properly.

With 15+ years of experience, Diego comes from a family of mechanics, having grown up around the trade with his father owning an automotive workshop. This background has given him a strong foundation in both technical skill and work ethic.
As a senior mechanic, Diego plays a key role in managing workflows, meeting deadlines, and supporting the team, all while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship. His attention to detail and leadership ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop in top condition.

Edd began his career working for Audi in the UK, where he spent over 5 years developing strong technical and customer-service expertise before relocating to Australia. He has since managed busy workshops with 10+ vehicles moving through daily, balancing efficiency with clear communication.
As Service Manager, Edd is the main point of contact for customers — handling queries, explaining repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring every customer receives honest advice. His priority is keeping customers informed, confident, and safe on the road.
